Trade Ease Solutions was founded by Tracy “Pinkhammer” Mebane, a contractor, project manager, and real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the construction and renovation industry. Tracy built her career on job sites, managing crews, writing scopes of work, and turning distressed properties into profitable investments. She knows firsthand the long nights, lost weekends, and financial setbacks that come when paperwork and compliance fall behind.
Trade Ease Solutions also supports project based work, including subcontracted and structured administrative environments where organization, documentation, and communication are critical to success.
